Cheerleading coach acts like bases are replaceable and not as important. What to do?

Maybe you should gather up the team and propose an idea to your coach. The idea of everyone learning how to fly, base, backspot, and even frontspot for baskets. This way everyone can do everything and everyone will be equal. This is the idea our coach had for us....i can do everything but fly cause im scared...the funny thing is im the second shortest on the team. :p but yea you cand learn different stunts in different spots and the good thing is that if anyone is absent or sick or gone at a game or something, any girl can fill in because they would kno how to do it...and another good thing is so that you dont get attatched to your stunt group because if one IS absent someone has to fill in and you dont want to be like "ohh we arent used to her backing or baseing our stunt" so i thought thiss might help with your coach problems...just ask if you could do this as a team and everyone can learn to fly!! :D hope i helped! :)
