Do you think men benefited from the women's movement?

i have made the complaint before that men aren't getting their issues treated seriously at all, even though they are quite serious (more serious than current women's issues, in my opinion), but I realized that i wouldn't even think to complain about men's issues if the women's movement hadn't set the precedent for complaining about your gender's problems. So i think men have a lot to be thankful for in the women's movement, even if it is downplaying men's problems.
