Is dvd box room a scam? (dvdboxroom.com)?

TOTAL SCAM - Here is my reasoning - I bought Ugly Betty complete series from them within the last 2 weeks. There are 22 discs in the set, of which 8 of them do not work! I tried to get the company to replace the items but they only have offered me $10 USD and I can keep the items...why would I want an incomplete set? I told them (through email as its the only way to contact them) that there were only 2 options - 1. Replace the items that do not work with ones that do. OR 2. Refund my order in total & I would ship the items back so they could investigate. They have not gotten back to me once I told them this. My bank will let me dispute the charge in order to get my money back but I have to be in the process of mailing it back to DVDboxroom. The catch is that there is no address on their website so I don't know where to send it back to. Also, as an aside, the cover on the set says Seasons 1-5 but there are only 4 seasons of Ugly Betty. Plus the discs are inserted into foam dvd inserts - these are absolutely NOT collectors items. And the discs have pictures from incorrect seasons on them. Plus when I have received emails back, their English is really poor. When I went to the website to review my item, in hopes that they wouldn't like what I had to say & would rectify the situation, the review only emails them again & does not post on the website. They then offered me $20 & I could keep the item. I am waiting on their answer to my 2 choices or on them giving me their address so I can send the items back. I feel totally stupid & completely ripped off from this company. I SHOULD HAVE GONE WITH MY GUT FEELING! Hope your situation works out better!
