Everything the other person said, plus: How would you make a living in the Caymans? You'd need a work visa - extremely hard to get unless you have very specific, hard-to-find-in Caymans skills [doctor, nurse]. Also, you'd be starting out as an illegal, so you'd be likely to be deported in short order.
