What kind of coat should I wear?

I need to pick up a coat for cooler weather, and was wondering what type would fit my body types. I'm slender but top-heavy. I have broad shoulders and big boobs, leading down to a small waist, narrow hips, and flat butt. When possible, I like to downplay my shoulders and make my hips look bigger. How can I do that? Maybe a coat with a belt around the waist and pleats around the hips? What color should I get? Single breasted or double breasted?
