What should I do? My Amazon order has been 'dispatching soon' for 2 weeks.?

Even though you didn't order through amazon they will still be able to resolve issues with any sellers registered on their site. On the website there is a section for help, faqs and other information. Contact them and explain what's happening and they will sort it out.
