Why are some people downplaying Miami's great defense?

Miami's defense doesn't get enough credit. 1st game, Miami offense and defense played better depsite Wade and James not playing good, they just sucked at rebounding and thus Bulls had significantly way more shot attempts than the Heat. That's how they built the blow-out. Same thing in game 2, Bulls had way more shot attempts off 2nd chances but this time, the Heat's defense played even better and their offense showed up.
